ZapConnect 2025: Call For Speakers

⭐️ Content themes ⭐️

Ideal session proposals will highlight one or more ways you use Zapier and must feature one or more of our products.

Our attendees are eager to discover best practices from fellow automators and see real-world examples of successful workflows. So, share your own automation journey by showcasing how you used Zapier to address a specific challenge. Whether it's a workflow demo, customer case study, key insights, or lessons learned, we’d love to hear about your experience. If AI plays a role in your processes, share how you've integrated it into your operations. Please note: for workflow demos, speakers must be comfortable presenting their existing workflow or building live.

If you need some inspiration, here are some common categories we love to see for session topics:

Lead management

The process of converting marketing leads to customers or handing them off to your Sales team. That could look like outreach email campaigns to thousands of potential customers.

Example: New ad leads come in and are stored in Tables. Agents enriches leads by analyzing previous interactions and website activity from Google Analytics, then qualifies them using AI.

Sales pipeline

These are tasks that help Sales and Success teams acquire new customers. This includes outbound and inbound selling, product-led sales, and expansion via account management.

Example: Using Interfaces to submit warm handoffs for the Sales team. Then, tracking them in Tables, Agents analyzes past wins and suggests a personalized follow-up email. The entire process is documented in Canvas.

Marketing campaigns

Show off marketing activities that were tied to a specific launch or initiative, and explain how you improved performance at every stage of the funnel. These activities can include sending conversion events, syncing offline conversions, or passing lead data back to ad platforms—all to fine-tune targeting and boost ROI.

Example: Using Interfaces to collect gated content downloads and store them in Tables. An Agent summarizes and scores lead intent using custom criteria, then sends high-scoring leads to LinkedIn Ads as conversion events to fuel better audience matching.

Customer support

Show how you've used Zapier to troubleshoot and assist customers directly, or helped your teams do it better and faster.

Example: Using Chatbots on a company website to answer FAQs by referencing a data source built-in Tables. Plus, you can empower support agents with instant access to all the info they need using Agents—this enables them to respond to inquiries quickly and thoroughly. Then, categorize tickets and escalate high-priority issues to Zendesk.

Data management

This includes collecting, organizing, managing, and transferring all types of data to ensure consistent quality, access, delivery, and reporting.

Example: Gathering feature requests through Interfaces, categorizing them in Tables, and outlining the submission and prioritization process in Canvas for syncing with project tools. Lastly, an Agent detects high-frequency requests from Tables and notifies the Product team in Slack.

Project management

If you've used Zapier to plan, organize, and manage company personnel and resources to help them successfully achieve project goals, tell us about it!

Example: Set up an Interface to allow teams to submit project updates, stored in Tables. Agents track task progress across Asana and Jira, triggering reminders in Slack for overdue tasks.

Internal ticketing

Managing, tracking, and responding to IT issues, incidents, and tasks across platforms.

Example: An IT help desk request is submitted in a Slack channel. A Chatbot responds to the inquiry based on a knowledge database stored in Tables. For escalated support, a Jira ticket is created and assigned to a team member. Then, an Agent identifies recurring issues and recommends preventive actions.

AI adoption in business operations

Showcase how AI is embedded throughout your organization and seamlessly integrated into everyday operations.

Example: A Legal team uses Interfaces and AI by Zapier to classify incoming contracts, analyze them for risks or missing elements, and auto-generate summaries with next-step recommendations. The output is routed using Paths and shared instantly via Slack for faster legal review.
